There was a TOT training in Prabhat organized by Province Development Office from 23rd to 27th November 2020 for the Education coordinators and the community mobilizers of Manthan, Gaunaha and Prabhat. The training began with a socio-cultural analysis of the Musahar community to understand the issues deeply and thus to create a sympathetic attitude towards the beneficiaries. This was followed by the presentations of educational model followed in our centres (PJS model) highlighting how this model effectively answers the needs of the Musahar children. Finally we discussed about the processes of monitoring and evaluation of the students. The group also visited CRCs in two batches to learn the good practices developed in Prabhat to promote the CRCs.
