On World Environment Day, Tarumitra, Student’s Forum for Environment initiated by Patna Jesuit Societ, having a consultative status with the UN, was facilitated by the Art of Living in Kerala for its contribution to ecological sensitisation and biodiversity enhancement. The function was held in Attappady, Kerala. 13 Tarumitra Representatives (students) from Bihar participated in the function held at Adi Shankaracharya University. As part of the programme there was a plantation programme too. The students from Bihar were led by Ms. Devopriya from Tarumitra.
