Patna Jesuit Society through the Jesuit Conference of India (JCI) represented in NGO Expo held in New York 24-25 October. The event held when the United Nation’s general Assembly is in session is considered one of the largest global fund-raising event that connects NGOs and Non-profits from developing nations to the biggest Granters, Donors, Philanthropists and Corporate Foundations from United States and others. The programme was attended by Siji, SJ, Director of the Development Office of Patna Jesuit Society.
The programme delivered immersive education through keynote speakers, timely topic-driven panels and hands-on workshops. Siji representing the Jesuit Conference of South Asia was one of the keynote speakers.
Attendees leaft the NGO Expo inspired by what’s new and what’s next, armed with the tools and techniques they need to shift and re-imagine their own businesses. Its fundamental aim is to raise funds and engage the sector at every level.
The event provided an excellent platform for participants to showcase their Social Efforts and Initiatives as well as showcase the latest products and solutions to help deepen understanding and create new ideas that will drive innovation.
